Underrated Tips To Enhance Your Netflix Experience

Netflix is a great way to relax and unwind after a long day, but if you're not using it to its full potential, you might be missing out on some of the best features. Let me share a few tips I have gathered to help you get the most out of your Netflix experience:

  1. Use other apps while watching Netflix

In today's world, we do most of our work on our phones or table and use them for entertainment. To avoid missing out on your favorite content while some work comes in, you can use picture-in-picture mode to keep the video playing in the background.

  1. Put a stop to autoplay

If you find yourself getting sucked into binging on Netflix because the next episode of a show starts playing automatically, you can stop this from happening. To do this, go to the Account page, select the account you want to change the settings for, and then click on Playback settings. On the new page, uncheck the box next to "Autoplay next episode in a series on all devices" to stop automatic playback.

  1. Customize your subtitles and audio

If you're watching a foreign-language show or movie on Netflix, make sure to turn on the subtitles or choose an alternate audio track if available. This will help you fully understand and appreciate the content.

  1. Check out Netflix's hidden categories

You may have heard about the secret codes used to unlock subcategories on Netflix, similar to Starbucks' secret menu. These codes can be used when browsing Netflix on a web browser, allowing you to easily find titles in specific genres such as anime, action and adventure, sports movies, musicals, and more. For example, the code "2851" will take you to the "Romantic Comedies" category or “8985” for “Martial Arts Movies”. 1.  Take advantage of Netflix gift cards

If you want to share the joy of streaming with your friends and family, why not consider gifting them a Netflix gift card? Not only do they make great presents, but they also offer a convenient way to pay for your own Netflix subscription.

One of my favorite places to go for Netflix gift cards is UQUID Digital Shop because they accept crypto payments. If using mobile, I tend to shop with Uquid on Binance Marketplace, but if using a laptop/PC, I can pay with my wallet directly on their website easily. At UQUID, you can experience their easy payment options and a wide range of options for Netflix gift cards, from the amount to the region.

However, it's important to note that Netflix gift cards are country-specific. This means that they can only be redeemed in the country where they were purchased. In the past, my friends and colleague who tend to travel from place to place for uni or business trips can use some VPN apps to redeem gift cards and access a wider range of movies and TV shows from other countries.

But from what I heard, Netflix has since tightened its security measures and has applied stronger VPN detection software. This means that users who try to redeem gift cards from another country will likely be blocked by the system or see an error message as “The code entered is not valid”.

Since UQUID offers a lot of Netflix gift cards from different countries, make sure to double-check your account region before purchasing and enjoy their hassle-free transactions.

By following my above tips, you can enhance your Netflix experience and make the most of your gift cards. Whether you're watching alone or sharing with friends and family, Netflix has something for everyone. Happy streaming and don’t miss out on UQUID Daily Deals on their website at: https://shop.uquid.com/

  1. The second tip is really helpful. I used to struggle with how to stop the autoplay when I used Netflix for the 1st time. I wish that I know this blog post sooner.
